From Self-Destruction to Self-Discovery — and Building Something That Matters

Hi there! I’m Büşra.

Born and raised in Turkey — now living and creating in Bali. I’m a Breathwork Coach, Movement Specialist, and the founder of Breliva — a method built on one simple truth:

when you breathe better and move better, your whole life shifts.

But it wasn’t always this clear.

I graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University with a degree I never used — because deep down, I knew I wasn’t here to build cities. I was here to help people rebuild themselves.

Movement has always been part of me.

I started dancing at 7, met fitness at 18, and never looked back. I became a Level 4 EREPS-certified Personal Trainer, later specializing with NASM in Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise.

Over the years, I worked at some of the most well-known fitness clubs in Istanbul — like Soho House — before taking my work fully online.

On the outside, everything looked fine.

But inside, I was silently struggling.

I lived with eating disorders for nearly a decade — first anorexia and orthorexia, then bulimia.

I feared food, punished myself for imperfections, and lost my period, my hair, and my joy.

Most of all, I lost connection with myself.

No amount of weight loss ever felt enough — not because of my body, but because of the core beliefs I held about myself.

I pushed harder and harder, and ended up with serious injuries from overtraining, followed by a long battle with depression.

Things began to shift when I hit rock bottom and chose to heal.

Therapy helped — but breathwork was the real breakthrough.

It wasn’t just breathing.

It was coming home to myself.

It helped me face the beliefs that kept me stuck, and finally let go.

It taught me I was already enough — even without perfection.

It gave me a second chance — not just at health, but at peace.

And that’s how Breliva was born.

After years in both the fitness and breathwork worlds, I kept seeing the same thing:

Misinformation, shortcuts, and spiritual fluff — especially in spaces that need science and safety.

Even when I helped my 1:1 clients, I knew millions of others were still out there, lost in the noise.

So I created Breliva — to bridge that gap.

To help people move right, breathe right, and rest with purpose.

To make wellness not a performance, but a practice.

To teach what’s real, what’s safe, and what actually works — backed by physiology, psychology, and lived experience.

And most of all, to remind people:

You are not broken.

You just need to reconnect —

with your breath, your body, and your own rhythm.

This is the work I was born to do.

And this is the work I’ll keep doing —

for those who are ready to heal, not just hustle.

If you’ve read this far, maybe you’re one of them.

Welcome to Breliva.

Breathe. Move. Rest. Repeat.
