In this online personal training package, we don’t just work out — we assess your posture, mobility, strength, imbalances, and movement mechanics. We identify weak links, overactive or underactive muscles, and fix chronic issues step by step — using a science-based system rooted in NASM Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement protocols.

We start with a 50-min consultation call where I analyze your movement, joint range, strength, and muscular balance. Then, I build a monthly training plan based on those results.
